Although it would be easy to mention specific clients – companies, our cooperation with whom proves, according to common perception, the high quality of the services provided by our Office, we will not do so, because we believe that the selective disclosure of the names of some of our clients for advertising purposes is against the ethics of our profession and, mainly, because we treat all our clients, with no exceptions, with the same respect and care, regardless of the income they may provide us with or the seriousness and objective significance of the case they have trusted us with.
The Attorneys of our Office guarantee the immediate, complete, effective and reasonably charged handling of each case, in combination with an innovative human communication and interactive support model, which is based on our personal relationship with every principle separately.
Our constant professional update and our quests for it have a strong and constant European orientation, as they primarily concern the procedure of integration of the European Law, the European Directives and Regulations and the Decisions by the European Courts and other Bodies in our domestic National Law. Undoubtedly, it is a constant evolutionary integration, which aims at the homogenisation, adjustment and modernisation of the relevant law of the E.U. member-states.
Through our university and postgraduate studies and after attending several legal conferences, we have managed to create a Network of Attorneys, where distinguished Attorneys with various specializations (for example, in the Criminal, Civil, Commercial, Administration Law) cooperate for the best possible way to handle and complete each case we undertake.
It is also worth noting that, for the proper and absolutely successful handling of the cases that, in addition to the legal science, also require other specialised knowledge from other fields, our Office cooperates with expert scientists and technocrats, such as Notaries, Bank Executives, Economists, Financial Consultants, Tax Consultants, Accountants, Expert Forensic Graphologists, Civil Engineers, Doctors, Medical Examiners, Process Servers (all over Greece). The contribution of the aforementioned expert associates to the handling of various matters is not only necessary, but also properly used, thanks to our experience and excellent legal knowledge that enables as to achieve not only the coordination of the individual necessary expert actions, but also the finally intended combined work, so that, finally, both the defence of our cases in Court and our negotiating position, aim and tactics, in case an out-of-court settlement is intended, can be planned, facilitated and performed in the best possible way.
